If you live outside of Arkansas, Missouri, Texas, Kansas, or Missouri

We haul our own freight to the above states so if you live there ignore this. 

If you live outside of this area, then we send your furniture via LTL shipment on a Semi truck. YOU MUST INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT. The truck driver has a Bill of Lading if you must note any damage before signing this. You need to NOTE THE BOL WITH ANY DAMAGE. We cannot cover the furniture if there is a clean (signed without noting damage) BOL when you sign the BOL it is stating you received the furniture in perfect condition. 

If it is just minor damage note the BOL and sign. If it is major damage deny the shipment completely and we will send out another immediately.

Rugs and other in stock items ship within 48 hours of purchase. Most out of stock items arrive within a week of purchase. Some items that must be hand built or are on back order can take up to 6 weeks to arrive.
