If you live outside of this area, then we send your furniture via LTL shipment on a Semi truck. YOU MUST INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT. The truck driver has a Bill of Lading if you must note any damage before signing this. You need to NOTE THE BOL WITH ANY DAMAGE. We cannot cover the furniture if there is a clean (signed without noting damage) BOL when you sign the BOL it is stating you received the furniture in perfect condition.
If it is just minor damage note the BOL and sign. If it is major damage deny the shipment completely and we will send out another immediately.
